ONE PRECISE DEFINITION
How the live cluster methodology works
A canonical cluster-v2 event forms when eligible Form 4 purchases coded P, each valued at least $100,000, cause the same ticker to cross from fewer than two to at least two distinct reported insider names.
The filing-date window begins 11 calendar days before the trigger filing date and ends on that date, inclusive. Formation is anchored to the SEC acceptance time of the filing that brings the pattern to two distinct reported insider names.
The public preview contains only eligible canonical cluster-v2 observations inside the configured complete-data boundary and old enough to pass the three-completed-NYSE-session publication delay. Records that fail provenance, eligibility, integrity, completeness, or publication checks are omitted, so the preview is not exhaustive market coverage. A cluster is a disclosed activity pattern, not evidence of coordination, investment advice, or a forecast.

How to interpret these numbers
These are retrospective historical results, not results from the live formation alert. Research labels were confirmed using later filings while returns remained anchored to the earliest member’s filing date, so the research event contains lookahead and differs materially from cluster-v2 formation. The figures do not show returns that were achievable from a real-time formation alert and are not forecasts of future performance.
